If you have been selected to join a West Pines United team, we would like to say "Welcome" and "Thank You" for joining us for another exciting season at West Pines United.  The parents will be required to pay a minimum of $195 for U10 and below ages, and, $250 for U11 and above age, when their child is selected. This initial payment will be required before June 21st, 2011. All Payments will be processed online using our new payment system. Our new payment system does require a credit card. If that is a major issue please speak to your assigned coach. Parents can pay the full amount before June 21st or use the new West Pines Installment Payment system. The new Installment Payment system is only available on our website online (go to our website after June 10th to see details).

 

The new West Pines Installment Payment system will allow you to pay the balance over 4 installments starting with the first installment payment due before July 16th and every month thereafter, with the last payment due before October 16th, 2011. Using the installment payment system, and, after the initial June payment, each installment payment will be $125. There is an online processing fee of $15 per transaction if you use the installment program system which are our costs to process the transaction. All late payments will result in a 5% increase to the past due amount and all payments must be no later then 15 days to avoid club privileges suspension.

 

Thank you for your understanding of the difficult part of managing a Travel Club and our desire to pay our vendors, contractor, leagues dues, and field costs on time. West Pines is still the most affordable Travel Club in the area that has access to advance leagues and training programs.
